Our Criminal Defence Team has consistently been one of the most successful groups of criminal defence solicitors in the South West region. We have four Solicitors on the Duty Solicitor Scheme as well as three support staff.
With some driving offences, if you are worried about losing your licence, in many cases we can argue exceptional hardship or special reasons on your behalf which, if successful, would mean you could avoid a driving ban.

All general criminal matters before the Magistrates' Courts, the Crown Courts and at the Police Station are dealt with daily.
