Rundlewalker have taken, and continue to take the spread of the Coronavirus extremely seriously. Our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our employees, their families and our clients. We will continue to offer a first class service to clients, albeit under the umbrella of the UK Governments instructions.
As of 24th March, all our solicitors and support staff will be working remotely. We introduced flexible working, remote working, part-time and job sharing schemes several years ago and we are familiar with these working patterns. We have continued to invest in our IT and communication platforms and are pleased to advise that all staff have the ability to work from home so as to cause minimum disruption to our client services.
All personnel continue to be contactable by email, direct dial and mobile. We have been, and continue to be, ready and able to support you, our clients through this unprecedented period.
Our Management Team will be communicating daily to discuss developments and make decisions. All staff will be kept up to date and equipped to provide ongoing support. As a result of this temporary office closure, we are asking our clients not to visit our premises. No offence is intended nor implied and we have suitable measures in place to deal with our clients' needs.
