carla eagleson exeter property conveyancingCarla Eagleson - Chartered Legal Executive FCILEx

Department: Conveyancing

Contact: 01392 209204

Carla joined Rundlewalker in 2019 following a move from Essex where she qualified as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), specialising in property law. Carla also has a background working in private family law. Carla brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in property law, covering both residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions, commercial leases, remortgages, property transfers, first registrations, equity releases, adverse possessions, probate sales etc.

Carla heads the Conveyancing Team and her current ambition is to continue developing her skills and knowledge, train and supervise the conveyancing assistants to a high standard, build relationships with both clients and third parties, and to provide a well-run, efficient conveyancing department.

In her spare time, Carla enjoys learning languages (in particular German), travelling and spending time with friends and her two cats.

"Firstly Carla was knowledgeable and experienced about the issue dealt with which reassured me somewhat. I had confidence that she would ensure the best possible outcome was achieved and am happy to say in this circumstance we were successful. She acted in a very methodical and timely manner which again was reassuring. Finally Carla was very approachable and answered my queries at all times."
Gloria Tilbrook.

"Rundlewalker provide an amazing conveyancing service & I thoroughly recommend them. I have had a run of bad luck with both selling and purchasing my houses but Hannah and Carla have been brilliant throughout. They have been helpful, always contactable, on the ball and good at chasing/following things up. For the amount of work they have done for me I feel the fee's are very reasonable. Although I NEVER plan on buying and selling at the same time ever again, if I ever do need any further legal work Rundlewalker will be my first port of call!"
