City firm retains Lexcel Quality Mark

Exeter law firm Rundlewalker has successfully retained its Law Society’s quality mark, Lexcel, a much sought after accreditation it has now held for the past six years.

Rundlewalker CEO Nick Dudman said he was extremely proud of his team’s achievement:

Lexcel involves a rigorous application and assessment process scrutinising not just a legal practice’s professional expertise but also the quality of its systems, information and communications technology (ICT) defences, file management, client care and treatment of staff. It includes indepth background checks and an onsite visit from an independent Lexcel assessor.

Only around 15% of all legal practices have a Lexcel accreditation. Retaining this award, Rundlewalker, based on Exeter Quay, is one of just 1700 legal practices in England and Wales who can boast this accreditation.
