UPDATE COVID-19, 5 January 2021

Our office has ‘closed its doors’ in line with the latest Government guidelines. We would like to reassure you that we have in place measures to ensure continuity of service for all our clients. Our teams are working remotely and will continue to provide quality advice and support as normal.

For the safety of all concerned, you will appreciate that meetings in the office can take place by appointment only.

Contacting us
Please continue to call or email your usual Rundlewalker contact direct as normal. If you have sent an email, unless requested, there is no need to send a hard copy too. Alternatively, you can telephone our Reception Team during office hours (9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday) on 01392 209209.

Post
You can continue to send post to the office in the usual way.

Delivering documents to us
If there is a requirement for documents to be delivered to our office, this should be discussed and arranged with your Rundlewalker contact. Please do not post original documents, such as passports, through our letterbox unless this has been agreed in advance.

Certifying clients’ ID documents
For Conveyancing-related certification, we offer an on-line service. Your Rundlewalker contact will advise you accordingly. For other areas of business where identification is required, our team have procedures in place to handle your documents safely to avoid cross-contamination. If it is necessary for you to visit our offices, please contact us in advance as any visit must be by appointment only.

Visiting us in the office
We request that meetings continue to be held by telephone or video conferencing whenever possible. However, there will be occasions when a face-to-face meeting is necessary. For the safety of all concerned, meetings can only take place by prior arrangement so please contact us in advance to make an appointment. Your contact details will be taken and retained to act as our Track and Trace system.

In line with Government guidance, please wear a face covering before entering the building and in our Reception area unless you have a legitimate reason not to wear a face covering. Our staff are not required to wear a face covering during your meeting, but if you would like the person you are meeting to wear a face covering please let us know in advance, or upon arrival, make a member of our Reception Team aware and they will inform the person you are meeting. You will not be required to wear a face covering once you are in our meeting room, but you may do so if preferred.

When you arrive in our Reception area, we will take your temperature with a non-contact infrared body thermometer.

We will provide information ahead of your visit about what to expect upon arrival and the measures we have in place to provide the safest possible environment.

We also ask that if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, you do not come to the office.

If you think you have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus, but you do not have symptoms and have not been told to self-isolate, continue to follow social distancing advice.
