Two new offences of stalking, plus the latest CPS tools to tackle stalking and domestic violence

On the 25 November 2012, sections 111 and 112 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 came into force creating new offences of stalking. The new offences will become section 2A and 4A of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
